HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE AT HOME

Jacqueline: "I was in a hotel...they were doing a strawberry matcha. They said it was pure strawberry worked into the matcha."

Kate: "It was... in Chicago, by the viceroy. I'd bet anything...There's a La Colombe in Chicago. And I famously went there after Rome. Landed from Rome at the viceroy and trying to stay awake, went to La Colombe. And I literally, of course, told them I was, like, I just landed from Rome...They had the strawberry matcha on top. That's not usually what I get ever, because it's like, it's too sweet...I'd rather have a cupcake. I said, Can I have a sample? Would it be okay to try a sample? My knees almost buckled. It was so fucking good. Not too sweet...I was blown away. And then it became a hyper-fixation. And I went back and got it, I think twice."
